Caregiver Coaching

First Session: Free, Then, Pay what you can ($15-40/session)

Being a Nanny is a position unlike anything else! It comes with incredible perks as well as unique challenges. Unfortunately, there is no HR department to go to when you have questions or complaints (unless you are working through an agency that offers this benefit).

For everyone else, The Sanity Nanny is here to help! I want to see nannies loving their work environment, approaching challenges with confidence, and families finding their version of Mary Poppins! Drawing from decades of experience, over 100 families, as well formal training, The Sanity Nanny offers support, guidance, and a confidential space to work through whatever gets thrown your way. The first session is FREE and all sessions after are on a sliding scale. (If money is an issue, let me know, we can work something out.)

Parent Coaching/Childcare Consultations

Parenting is HARD! The decisions to be made are endless, everyone has an opinion, yet rarely is there a consensus.

During each coaching call or consultation, we will work together to find what matters most to you family, which options make the most sense, and plan out the next actions to take.

Training Options

The Sanity Nanny offers individual, small group, and large group trainings on a variety of topics including:

  • American Red Cross Courses (CPR, First Aid, AED, EpiPens, Naloxone, Severe Bleeding, Babysitters Training, etc.) - starts at $75/person

  • Mother’s Helper

  • Nanny/Volunteer Childcare Orientations

  • Custom Trainings
